Description Primary responsibility for Senior MAC Upgrade Specialist Level 2 support issues at client site. Professional corporate office environment where senior analyst will be responsible for upgrading ~280 Macintosh devices from 10.12 Sierra to 10.14 Mojave. Analysts will support customers directly onsite and remote. Senior analyst will be required to assist team members with support tickets. Answering questions and providing trouble shooting direction. Strong Corporate MAC experience required.

Hours Monday through Friday; 7:30 am-4:00 pm
3 month engagement, with possibility of short extension
