Description Bid Capture Manager responsibilities include assisting market leaders with qualifying opportunities. The Capture Manager will be accountable for the development and execution of a strategic plan to qualify and pursue opportunities. The capture manager will oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies. The capture manager will manage the transition from opportunity discovery to the proposal process where the opportunity is closed. The capture manager will also be responsible for qualifying the opportunities, identifying the resources required to pursue a bid, assembling the bid team, and implementing the necessary processes, developing bid plans, help in crafting/writing specific RFP volumes and managing the overall capture execution.
Requirements Job Duties:
- Qualifies opportunities in conjunction with market leaders.
- Leads the development and execution of winning strategies, including the recruiting and selection of teaming partners.
- Establishes the winning offering and solution sets, including pricing, schedule, technical, management, past performance, etc.
- Prepares and organizes Pink/Red Team phase reviews.
- Develops Price-To-Win, based on in-depth knowledge of Competitor activity and Customer requirements/funding.
- Communicates win strategies, Customer and Competitor status to all stakeholders, including teaming partners.
- Develops and maintains the Capture Plan through completion of the opportunity pursuit.
- Leads/manages communication and relationship with partners and subcontractors.
- Determines staffing needs and priorities of Capture Team and leads the selection of reviewers for Team Reviews (e.g. Pink, Red).

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of Federal Government Bid and Proposal Capture Management within the federal market with a successful track record of qualifying and win history. Candidate must be aggressive self-starter with the ability to build relationships, lead teams, and execute a plan. Necessary requirements are solid analytical and problem solving skills, data analysis skills, and relationship building. Strong organization and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) are also required.
