Description The Recruiting Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the Recruiting team. The role will be responsible for the ongoing management of personnel records, forms, HR supplies administration, and assisting with various recruiting functions in addition to other projects for the department.

Essential Job Functions:
Enter new hire information into HRIS system and other recruiting databases.
Data entry and light resume screening.
Maintain job descriptions and job postings.
Manage resume database and comply with record retention laws.
Resume sourcing assistance as needed.
Research new job boards, etc. to post positions and seek candidates. Adept at social media and ways to present the company from a recruiting perspective, find viable candidates, etc. Conduct all reference checks.
Proposal resume and candidate sourcing.
Maintain existing vendor relationships and seek out new vendor relationships to enhance AFSC's visibility.
Process all employee referrals and build them into Core.
Work with our creative team to cultivate and streamline vendor/social media portals and spotlight jobs.
Perform other job-related duties and work on special projects as required.
Requirements Essential Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Experience in recruiting non-exempt positions, low level exempt positions and/or incumbent transitions
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
1-3 years of experience with a focus in research and analysis

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience working with MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.
Quick follow-through and ability to complete tasks on time.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills required.
High energy, self-motivated, pro-active individual strongly desired.
Highly professional with the ability to handle a large volume of confidential paperwork.
Strong desire to always maintain the highest level of customer service.
Creative ability to assist with department brainstorming activities.
Flexible attitude in dealing with changing priorities.

General Office Demands:
Must be able to operate general office equipment including but not limited to: computer, phones and related media and information devices on most or all workdays

Must be able to travel as needed and adhere to AFSC travel policies and procedures.

Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
