Description The Subcontracts Administrator position will help the Business Office with subcontract administration.

The Subcontracts Administrator will perform the following duties:

• Coordinate contract actions in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Research, review, and analyze/interpret somewhat complex and/or ambiguous government regulations.
• Gather contract documentation and information from various internal departments and with external teaming partners.
• Coordinate completion of vendor contract documentation for file compliance.
• Build and document files according to the procurement process.
• Help implement and administer AFSC’s Contract Management System.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements Successful candidate must:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Have 1-2 years of professional work experience preferably in an office setting (can include college internships).
• Be exceptionally detail-oriented.
• Be highly-motivated and a quick learner.
• Have ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
• Have ability to research, review, and analyze complex data.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
•1-2 years of experience working with the subcontracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) a plus.

- Must be able to travel as needed and adhere to AFSC travel policies and procedures.
