Description The position is part time, 25 hours a week. The Administrative assistant/Office Manager supports the AFSC branch office in San Antonio, TX to accomplish all administrative and logistics functions, inherent to the office size. The Administrative Assistants/Office Manager is responsible for ordering and receiving supplies, property accountability and assisting with administrative tasks for the various programs running out of the San Antonio, TX footprint.
Requirements - Administrative Assistants/Office Managers shall possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma.
- Must be well versed in the applications of all office suite programs (PPT, EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK etc.) as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro and type approximately 50 to 60 wpm.
- Must be a team player, willing to accomplish a variety of tasks from the critical to the mundane as needed.

- Physical requirements can typically be characterized as active: Lifting, bending, reaching may be required in the position. Requires lifting or moving various pieces of equipment and supplies, maximum 40 lbs.

General Office Demands:

- Must accurately record your daily timesheet per AFSC’s Timekeeping Policy.

- Must be able to operate general office equipment including but not limited to: computer, phones and related media and information devices.

- Ability to communicate and interact with others, both in person and/or by telephone to conduct business.

- Working under time pressure.

- Working rapidly for long periods to meet deadlines.
