Description This position is responsible for all aspects of contract compliance, conflict of interest oversight, subcontract management, and internal auditing/data analytics of operational compliance. This position is responsible for identification, review and management of all contract change orders and amendments to contracts.

Essential Functions:
- Assess, manage and execute change orders and contract amendments to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Provide authoritative guidance to program management on all contract deliverables.
- Provides internal audit and data analytic function of operational deliverables
- Review of financial reporting, invoicing and travel management policies and procedures.
Interfaces with leadership to maintain visibility on business operations and assure contract compliance.
- Provide contractual guidance to Program Management.
- Serve as focal point for all contractual communication and resolution of contract issues and/or disputes.
- Analyzes new law, regulation and contract trends for potential impact on business goals and objectives.
- Assist in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and process.
- Assists in RFP response, strategy and development
- Oversees and manages the Subcontracting Manager
Requirements 5+ years of experience in contracts administering Government contracts for a commercial vendor. Shall possess demonstrated knowledge and experience in dealing with military quality of life programs and services
Demonstrated experience with financial/contractual analysis and negotiations including risk arrangements. Demonstrates strong understanding of Federal contracting and compliance including FAR regulations. Demonstrates broad-scope financial and contracting expertise with public sector financial funding experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership of business operations functions. Must be able to prove US Citizenship. Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite with a high efficiency in MS Excel and Data Analytic Skills.
