Description The Pricing Analyst supports proposal development efforts by evaluating solicitation contents, researching incumbent contracts, developing staffing recommendations, researching salary and benefit requirements, estimating non-labor costs, and integrating staffing and costs into a contract bid prices. The Pricing Analyst will also author the price volumes for bids & proposals.

Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate solicitation contents to identify tasks, clauses and requirements that have impacts on bid pricing.

Identify and research information required to estimate labor and staffing requirements for bids.

Research salary requirements for each position being proposed.

Construct price proposals including labor, indirect costs, and other direct costs.

Develop the price volumes and/or quotes for bids.
Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field

Minor in Business considered a plus

Knowledge of military culture and lexicon desired but not strictly necessary

Knowledge of ORSA (Operations Research / Systems Analysis)

Experience with quantitative analytics is strongly desired
