Description Public Affairs Specialist shall be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic public affairs programs and campaigns that leverage all available communication conduits and emerging technologies in order to most effectively communicate the Army story.escription
Requirements Public Affairs Specialists shall possess, at a minimum, a master’s degree in public relations, communications, or equivalent field and have at least six years experience working in public affairs. Operational knowledge or working experience with Army Office of the Chief of Public Affairs (OCPA) is preferred.
