Description AFSC has an opening for a Performance Center Manager (PCM) in support of our government client’s program. The PCM serves as the local installation SME for the program matters, and leads, manages and directs contractor staff assigned to their respective program Performance Center (PC). The PCM shall coordinate with local installation leadership (Brigade and below) to plan, prepare and execute resilience and performance education training. The PCM shall participate in the program and serve as the primary POC for Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) Level 1 training. The PCM shall ensure quality control of all Master Resilience Trainer-Performance Experts (MRT-PE) to include Professional Certification, MRT progression to higher levels and conduct rehearsals for training presentations to ensure MRTs are "ready to teach." The PCM shall conduct local program Quality Assurance/Quality Enhancement and provide required reports. The PCM shall be responsible for developing the program Training Schedule at their respective installation and providing a draft training schedule to the ACOR for approval.
Requirements Qualifications

Education/Experience Required:

- Minimum is a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 4(+) years of experience.

- Ability to obtain NACI clearance

- Prior military leadership experience; Company level leadership desired, either as an Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer. Candidate is expected to be able to represent the program to senior level leadership at the installation level to include General Officers and Garrison Commanders.

General Office Demands:

- Working under time pressure

- Working rapidly for long periods to meet deadlines

- Must be able to travel as needed and adhere to AFSC travel policies and procedures.

- Must be able to enter private homes that may or may not provide easy access for those with physical disabilities or those recovering from physical rehabilitation or post-recovery mobility.

- Position requires ability to transport self from office locations to private homes, other offices and facilities where training and other program activities occur.

Physical requirements can typically be characterized as active: Lifting, bending, sitting on the floor, climbing may be required in the position. Requires lifting or moving various pieces of equipment, maximum 40 lbs. Position may require work on hands and knees to conduct program activities.
