Title Operations/Training Analyst

Description The Operations/Training Analyst focuses on training the force on capabilities that provides, and manages resources required effectively and efficiently.
The program delivers resilience and performance enhancement training and education to Soldiers, Family Members, and Civilians. Responsibilities of the Operations/Training analyst will fall into the following three areas all relating to assistance in program implementation and curriculum development support: (1) administrative support, (2) process management, and (3) technical assistance.
The Operations/Training analyst will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Directorate of Curriculum. These tasks include, at minimum: meeting and teleconference scheduling, taking and publishing minutes, organizing and disseminating information, responding to information requests, editing of documents (for language and visuals), and assisting in developing forms and processes for directorate functionality.
The Operations/Training analyst will also collaborate on training evaluation measure development, monitoring of data collection from local Training Centers, data management, entry, and analysis, as well as report writing.
Finally, the Operations/Training analyst will provide technical support/assistance to the Training Center management team as well as local Training Centers. Responsibilities will include: responding to requests for information, communicating with local training center staff, supporting leadership activities (e.g., literature searches, survey development/modification), coordinating program evaluation and professional development activities, and data and record management.


Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Five years experience working with the military.
Knowledge and/or experience in the areas of psychological resilience, military training, and curriculum development/design are strongly desired.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), organization/attention to detail, and writing/editing skills are critical to this position.
The successful candidate will be required to work productively as a member of a collaborative team as well as have the initiative to work independently on new or challenging tasks as well as those that may be familiar and more routine.
Experience in the development of performance metrics.

- Position requires ability to transport self from office locations to private homes, other offices and facilities where training and other program activities occur.

- Physical requirements can typically be characterized as active: Lifting, bending, sitting on the floor, climbing may be required in the position. Requires lifting or moving various pieces of equipment, maximum 40 lbs. Position may require work on hands and knees to conduct program activities.
