The Document Control Specialist prepares controlled documents for archiving.  Provides document (GLP and CGMP) management support to EAG.  Serves as archives team member.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Scans and verifies raw data for archiving.
  • Creates Table Of Contents (TOC) for raw data.
  • Issues controlled GLP/CGMP documents such as methods, protocols, controlled forms, and batch records.
  • Routes and tracks documentation through the organization for review and approval.
  • Provides assistance to quality assurance personnel by providing documents as requested during audits.
  • Processes (scans, verifies, and prepares TOC) regulatory documents including GLP/CGMP data.
  • Appropriately files and stores archived studies, data, etc.
  • Serves as an archive team member who will perform duties as assigned by the Archivist.
  • Performs other related duties as required and directed.
Minimum Qualifications



  • High School diploma or equivalent.  Some clerical experience is desirable.  A college degree or progress towards a degree may be substituted.
